Facundo Rodulfo and Pamela Neumann are the founders of Tango Street Food in Killarney and the authors of TANGO, part of the Blasta Books series. Born and raised in Argentina, they now live in Co. Kerry where they are raising their four boys, guided by a deep love of food, family and culture.

Passionate about keeping their Argentine heritage alive while celebrating the quality of Irish produce, their cooking is rooted in traditional recipes passed down through generations, using simple techniques, honest ingredients and the stories that live behind every dish.

Through their restaurant and their cookbook, they aim to create a sense of togetherness — sharing the flavours of their childhood, a feeling of belonging between cultures and passing traditions on to the next generation around the table.
