Despite early experiences in a different field—assisting his father as a customs broker and having studied Marketing—Facundo's love for food, nurtured by his uncle's role as the founder of a renowned pizza chain, eventually led him to the culinary industry. Managing a restaurant in Argentina marked the beginning of his culinary adventure. With stints in Spain, where he spearheaded various gastronomic projects in Mallorca, Facundo is the mastermind behind Tango. His culinary prowess, acknowledged by Irish food critics and crowned with a Blas na hÉireann award, showcases his unique skills, contributing significantly to Tango's success. Beyond the kitchen, Facundo, alongside Pamela, relishes quality family time with their four young children.

Pamela Neumann, co-owner of the acclaimed Tango Street Food restaurant in Killarney, is a dynamic entrepreneur with a rich background in hospitality and business. Growing up in her family's hotel in a busy tourist destination in Argentina, she managed the establishment, cultivating her skills and passion for the industry. Pamela's journey led her to Spain, where she worked in the hospitality sector as a contract manager assigned to Irish & UK destinations, fostering a love for Kerry's landscapes and culture. This connection prompted her family's move to Ireland. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Politics, Pamela, a mother of four boys, balances her dynamic professional life with quality family moments. Her unique perspective at the intersection of culture and business is sure to inspire those around her.
