Beth O'Brien and George Williams are a chef duo, known for their work at The Fat Badger restaurant in London, focusing on modern British food using seasonal produce. Both are acclaimed alumni of the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, often returning to host guest demos and share their expertise, highlighting their deep connection to Ballymaloe. They offer a set menu featuring creative dishes like deep-fried apple pie and stuffed chicken wings, emphasising high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients.
