Welcome to Chai Crew, brewers of traditional Chai based in Dublin, where we hand roast and mill whole single source spices in small batches to create our own in-house blends. Our passion for chai grew from our travels to India in 2019 when we tasted our first chai from the Chai Wallahs, the roadside tea vendors, who are part of the ebb and flow of daily life imbuing the streets with the rich aroma of aromatic spices. Returning to Dublin we couldn’t find a decent chai, and that made us sad. Chai is the second most consumed drink globally and we wanted to be the first to serve a decent chai in Ireland. At Chai Crew we brew our chai in pots, we transfer to large kettles and we start pouring, a wonderfully soothing hug in a mug.

Since we started brewing in 2024 our popularity has grown and we now sell our blends online and in independent retail supermarkets. We continue to serve chai at our market cafes and we still pedal our bicycle.
