Helen Goh is a pastry chef, recipe developer, and longtime collaborator of Yotam Ottolenghi. Originally from Malaysia and Australia, she is co-author of the award-winning cookbook Sweet and is celebrated for her elegant, flavour-driven baking and desserts that blend classic technique with global influences.
