Mark Cadden has been working in the craft and independent drinks sector since 2011. In his role with Grand Cru Beers, Ireland’s leading distributor of independent beers & Ciders, he has played a key role in growing over 50 Irish and international beer brands across the Irish market, working closely with retailers, bars and restaurants, nationwide.

Passionate about beer education and supporting independent producers, over the years he has hosted numerous beer pairing dinners and pop-up events, and worked with many of Ireland’s best restaurants to curate thoughtful, food-friendly beer menus. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience and a deep love for independent beer to this year’s Ballymaloe Festival of Food.
