Elaine Houlihan is the 2023-2025 national president of Macra Na Fierme. Macra is Macra is a vibrant organisation based in towns and villages in every county in Ireland. They cater for 17-40 year olds and provide a fun, learning and social community for those interested in rural development and issues of concerns for those living there.
