Izz Café is a beloved Palestinian restaurant in Cork City. Founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife duo Izz and Eman Alkarajeh, the café has become a vibrant culinary and cultural hub in the city. Their journey to Cork began in 2016 when they sought refuge from political instability in the Middle East. After spending time in Ireland's Direct Provision system, they launched their food venture at a local famers' market, eventually opening their café a year later.
