Bia Cultures is a fermented food company based in Co Monaghan who are wild about wild yeasts and gut friendly bacteria.

Join them and get stuck into the fundamentals behind lacto-fermented pickles. This hands-on workshop will have you chopping, mixing and stuffing to your hearts content. All participants will take home their own jar of pickled vegetables and all equipment and ingredients will be provided.

Tickets available as an Add On when purchasing your entry ticket to the Festival, €15.00 per person, with all equipment, ingredients and recipes provided.

Maximum of 15 participants per workshop.
