Born in Burgundy, Pascal worked for 3 years in Domaine Joseph Roty, Gevrey-Chambertin, before embarking in a career in the hospitality industry. He founded Le Caveau, specialist wine importer in 1999, in 2008 Pascal and his team started to focus on natural wine.

This year marks Le Caveau’s 25th year, which have been spent working along with artisans who spare no efforts to produce true and authentic wines. These wines are aimed at customers who genuinely care about authenticity and provenance.’

Pascal's bespoke wine experience will be an optional extra to pair with Lee & Kate Tiernan from Black Axe Mangal's dining experience which will be available to purchase at the restaurant during the event.
