Join Colm McCan and a merry band of guest speakers for a talk and tasting on sparkling wines as we raise our glasses to celebrate 60 years of Ballymaloe.

Colm McCan teaches the wine classes at Ballymaloe Cookery School. He runs the ‘Saturday afternoons pop-up wine shop’ in the Grainstore at Ballymaloe and hosts wine and drinks events in the Drinks Theatre at Ballymaloe. Colm was head sommelier at Ballymaloe House for many years and is a past recipient of Food & Wine Magazine Sommelier of the Year. He works with Le Caveau, the independent specialist wine merchant. Colm and his wife Aoife have a small vineyard in Shanagarry where they live, joining the ever-growing number of Irish vineyards
