Two Weekends, 200+ Irish Makers. The Perfect Start to Your Christmas

The Ballymaloe Craft Fair is the ultimate way to ease into the festive season and get your Christmas shopping off to a special start. It’s a wonderful celebration of local talent, giving you the chance to browse, shop and directly support over 200 brilliant Irish makers, designers and food artisans.

Spread across two vibrant weekends, the fair features a completely different lineup of stalls each week—so there’s always something new to discover. From unique handmade gifts and gorgeous festive decorations to delicious artisan treats, every single stand is carefully selected to showcase the very best of Irish craft.

Shopping is hungry work! Make sure to take a break and soak in the festive atmosphere with plenty of delicious food and drink options on-site. Getting Here & Parking
Free on site Parking

Plenty of space available right on the estate grounds. We’re on a real farm, so November rain can mean a bit of damp grass or mud in the car park. Swap the white trainers for something sensible for the short walk in! The Fairground itself is mud-free and mostly undercover.

Free Shuttle Bus

We run a free shuttle bus service all weekend long, linking the Craft Fair with Midleton Train Station, Ballycotton and handy stops along the route. (Keep an eye out—we’ll share the full bus timetable closer to the event!)

Children's Workshop

The Brickx Club is back at the Ballymaloe Craft Fair with another 2 weekends of hands-on fun! Open from 10am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

You've never seen such a large selection of Lego bricks and figurines.

Drop your kids off and enjoy an hour wandering around the fair. A one hour drop off service for children aged 4 and over is €10.00 per child. You can pay at the door or pre-purchase through the ticketing page

For children aged under 4 the service is still available but a parent or guardian will need to stay with them.

Ballymaloe Craft Fair Hamper Competition

Each year we hold a magnificent Hamper Competition on Instagram with gifts generously donated by the exhibitors, food producers and artists from the Fair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Dogs Welcome?

  • Unfortunately we are not allowing dogs into the Fair this year. We are sorry to all our four legged friends and their owners but we had some very badly behaved pooches last year so have had to make this call.
  • Service dogs are excluded from this new rule.

Is there Cash Back or ATM facilities?

  • Most of our stalls accept both cash and card and we have a cash back facility at the entrance to the Grainstore.

Are the stalls different each weekend?

  • We have over 200 different stalls each weekend, allowing for a greater showcase of the amazing talent we have in Ireland.

Is the Fair indoors, undercover or outside?

  • We have both indoor and outdoor areas. All the stalls are undercover either in the Grainstore, Sheds or own marquees.

What Children Activities do you have?

  • Kathy from Lego Brixx is back with her hour long workshops Saturday and Sunday. €10.00 per hour.

Where do I buy entry tickets?

  • Entry tickets can be pruchased on the day at the entrance to the fair or you can skip the thw queues and pre-purchase your tickets

Where can I apply to have an Exhibitors Space for the 2026 Craft Fair?

  • We have our quota of exhibitors for this year. Applications for 2027 will open in June.
