Body Balance - Fitness Class for Mums (starting June 19th)

Workout with your baby

Strength-based exercise classes for mums with Mary from Body Balance Health & Fitness.

Regain strength and confidence in your body in a relaxed and supportive space with other mums, while your babies nap or roll around on a soft mat in the centre of the room.

Each class starts with gentle stretches and mobility work to warm up and help ease any aches and niggly pains. Then, moves on to circuit-style weights based movements for a full body workout, taking time to focus on the core. Finish with relaxing, deeper stretches leaving you feeling energised and refreshed.  

Each exercise has a selection of weights depending on individual needs so whether you're new to exercise or a former gym bunny, you'll find something to challenge you. The class is suitable for all fitness levels once you have been cleared to exercise and at least 12 weeks post birth.
