Kombucha Na Dálaigh, founded by Marianne O’Donnell five years ago, is a small batch kombucha brewery in the Gortahork Gaeltacht.  As a certified Nutrition Coach and food and nutrition educator for more than 20 years, Marianne uses only natural ingredients and processes to create flavourful, probiotic-rich kombucha.
