^{Cousins Barry Walsh and Dave Watson founded Killahora Orchards on a Co. Cork estate that dates back to 1750. They cultivate the best Irish-grown rare apple and pear varieties and use artisanal techniques to turn them into award winning drinks. Dave brings a passion for and encyclopaedic knowledge of apple and pear trees, while Barry brings the wizardry of fermenting, blending and creating new drinks.
