1. Toast Seeds
2. Char Broccoli in liberal dousing of oil/ salt
3. Heat small pot - Gentle warm miso to loosen - add dash of sesame oil/rice vinegar - whisk in
rapeseed oil
4. Place Cold Broccoli in a large bowl
5. Gently pour dressing over Broccoli and give a good toss...squeeze in fresh lime juice and
remaining seeds
6. Garnish with pickle Chilli
