Barrie Quinn from Portnoo Market Garden in Donegal is teaming up with chefs Erica Drum and Conor Spacey for a fabulous plant based pop up dinner on the Saturday evening in the walled garden pavilion.
This family style, four course dinner will be based on amazing Irish vegetables & showcasing how to cook them in creative ways that packs flavour and textures and also ensures every single part of every vegetable is used .
Barrie will be curating a fascinating discussion with the guests on the future of Irish food, horticulture and the importance of chemical free, regenerative farming to safe guard our food and our health.
