Mount Briscoe  Organic Farm

We produce handcrafted seasonal foraged preserves from our organic farm in Offaly many of which are made from wild and forgotten fruits. We harvest blackberry, crab apple, damson, rosehip and sloe creating preserves which are simple, honest and full of robust flavour.

Our range includes sweet and savoury jellies, fruit filled jams, rich chutneys, fruit vinegars and cordials. All of which are grown on our organic farm and are free from additives, preservatives & artificial colouring.

Our Organic Damson Cordial was awarded Great Taste 2 Stars in 2026.
