Little Catch Seafood Bar is an award-winning seafood food truck from Co. Waterford, founded by chef Denise Darrer. Specialising in premium Irish seafood and known for its signature Copper Coast lobster rolls, crispy prawn bao, seafood chowder and other seasonal dishes.
