Her food is accompanied by sauces, seasonal vegetables, herbs, and salads grown by local Clare women and Irish chips cooked in beef fat! Julia opened for business in May 2017 at the Ballymaloe Literary Festival of Food and Wine - it is a joy to welcome her back seven years later.
