Elderberry Farm is a small artisan food producer. We use mostly foraged foods in our cordials (Blas na hÉireann award winning) and Syrups, jams, jellies, chutneys and other preserves. We also produce a no added sugar granola (Blas na hÉireann award winner). Our carrot leaf and pecan nut pesto is also a Blas finalist and we have a range of hummus and tapenades. Our philosophy is zero waste so we work with local suppliers for as much of our ingredients as possible and trade with friends and neighbours for orchard fruits as needed. We trade mostly at farmers markets, trade and agriculture shows, but do stock some small artisan stores.
