Clashmore Chairs is a small business in Co. Waterford. Designer/Carpenter James is inspired by nature and traditional skills as he handcrafts bespoke stools and Hedge Chairs made from locally grown ash and reclaimed wood. A Hedge Chair is a traditional piece of Irish furniture produced by carpenters of old who sourced their raw materials from the hedgerow, looking for differently shaped branches to suit the task at hand. James’ beautiful chairs are functional, sustainably made and designed to last a lifetime.
