We sell luxury, handmade, chocolate biscuit pudding. Our puddings are made using our signature double grind of biscuit which is combined with warm Belgian dark chocolate enriched with salted butter, and brandy soaked fruit. The double grind of biscuits allows us to create a biscuit pudding that is soft and truffle like but with a lovely crunch running through it. It is the perfect alternative for those who aren’t a fan of a traditional Christmas pudding.

We have won multiple awards including Blas na hEireann, Irish Quality Food and Drink Awards, Small Producer of the Year 2024. This will be our fifth year at Ballymaloe.
