About Yoga Healing with Shama

Hi there welcome to my page ! I’m Shama.

A little about me and my service.

I’m originally from Brazil, and I’ve been walking the path of the healing arts for over a decade. My work weaves together Kundalini Yoga, Sound Therapy, Shamanic practices, Radionic Table, Ho'oponopono and Intuitive Energy Healing. I’m also the founder of Inner Source Heart Expansion, a heart-centered healing approach that grew out of my own lived experience, training, and remembrance.

At the core of everything I offer is a deep devotion to service. I share the tools and practices that have supported me through my own ongoing journey of self-discovery, ways of listening to the body, softening resistance, and reconnecting with what is true and alive within. My intention is to guide others back to their inner source with presence, care, and honesty.

Inner Source Heart Expansion is a healing process that creates a field of potential for deep transformation on all levels. It evolved from my work with Kundalini Activation (trained in 2022), alongside other somatic and energetic modalities, and is infused with the medicine of my soul and ancestral lineage. This gentle yet powerful work supports the release of resistance, trauma, and old memories held in the body, while opening the heart, strengthening the nervous system, and expanding each person’s unique source energy.

Rather than forcefully activating or directing energy, the process invites the body’s innate intelligence to lead. What is already held is given space to soften, move, and reorganise naturally. It’s an invitation to go deeper by softening instead of doing by surrendering into the wisdom that already lives within you.

I host ceremonies and retreats, and I offer 1:1 healing sessions, creating spaces that support growth, expansion, and deep inner transformation.
