Natalie Collins is a chef, restaurateur and culinary director of Gourmet Goodies Limited since 2006. Over the year’s she has created multiple award-winning premises, catering for racing festivals, held commercial and public spaces in The Irish National Stud and several of Irelands largest Tourist sites. Businesswoman of the Year 2013 for Network Ireland, Natalie’s passion and love of food was harnessed from an early age helping her mother in the home kitchen. An Alumni of Ballymaloe and one of the lucky ones to work in the kitchens under Rory O Connell. Good Food, Quality Ingredients and simplicity are ingrained on her DNA.
