This is the first time Carrigaline Farmhouse Cheese is joining us at Ballymaloe and we are delighted to have them. The O’Farrell family have been producing the best tasting cheeses possible on their ancestral family farm for 30 years. Their cheeses are handmade and truly artisan in nature - they source their milk from a local farm so have first-hand knowledge of the quality of the milk. That passion goes into every step of the process and is evident in the end product:  a high-quality cheese that is alive with taste and presence.
