Great Irish Beverages is all about celebrating and promoting Irish made drinks.

Oisin Davis, has 25 years of hospitality and drinks industry experience. He’s had lots of job titles in those sectors – from bouncer to brand owner! In addition to Great Irish Beverages, he was a co-founder and previous director of Poacher’s Premium Irish Mixers and co-founder of The Virgin Mary Bar, the first non alcoholic bar in Europe. He also enjoys writing and contributes to Food & Wine Ireland with the Business Post and was a food columnist in The Irish Times for five years. In 2021 Oisin won Best Spirits Writer at The Irish Food Writing Awards.
