Barrie Quinn is from Portnoo, Co. Donegal where he founded Portnoo Market Garden. Barrie’s passion for growing produce began in 2009 after a period working on a large-scale farm in Queensland, Australia. He began to research and expand his knowledge of growing fruit and veg, and in mid-2020 Barrie began building Portnoo Market Garden, a small scale farm that produces outstanding quality fruits and vegetables using natural, sustainable and chemical free methods. The wide range of produce includes tomatoes, strawberries, lettuce and broccoli.
