Starting September 23rd karate classes will once again be held every Thursday from 5.30pm till 7.30pm in the Carrigaun Room.
Classes are suitable for young and old alike, make progress and have fun while going at your own pace in our family friendly environment, just turn up on the night and join in, it’s as easy as that!

Learn how to cope with feelings of stress and fear using Japanese Zen breathing and mindful techniques.
Please bring a bottle of water and a towel and wear loose-fitting clothing such as tracksuit bottoms and a tee shirt. We train in bare feet.
